Judith describes the relationship between embodiment and nondual spiritual realization. Embodiment, in the Realization Process, is the experience of being present within the whole internal space of one’s body. This is a more subtle experience than the awareness of sensation and emotion in our body or of our physical location and movement in space. It is the experience of our own nature as a fundamental, unified ground of consciousness pervading our body and our surroundings at the same time. Judith will also teach introductory Realization Process attunement, movement and chanting practices for inhabiting the body more fully and opening more completely to fundamental consciousness.
How embodiment is related to nondual spiritual realization.
That we can uncover a dimension of fundamental consciousness pervading our body and environment.
This talk will be live and interactive on Tuesday, January 26th at 12 pm ET. In case you cannot make the live session, all who register will receive a 48h-active link to watch the recording.
