All live lectures are recorded and made available to you as a video and mp3 download by the day after the live session. Many people register for the seminar and watch the recordings instead of participating live.

All sessions are facilitated via the zoom platform. By clicking on the link we will provide, your computer will automatically be led through the steps to set up zoom on your computer. Any standard PC or Mac computer will suffice with a wifi connection. You can also tune in from your smart phone or tablet.
